Dracaena deremensis Warneckii is a fabulous, easy care, statement plant with it’s lance shaped leaves of white lines and shades of green. Ideal for offices with fluorescent lighting.
The branched version provides dense, bushy greenery for a lush tropical interior in the home or office, whilst filtering airborne toxins so you breathe easier.

Horty Hints
Ditch the Droop! Although these plants prefer to be a little on the drier side, too dry will cause leaves to droop and drop. Water when the top of the soil starts to dry out.
Manage and Maintain! inconsistent levels of water, temperature and light can damage some leaves beyond repair. Thankfully these can be torn in half lengthways and pulled out.
Wipe leaves with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dust. Avoid using leaf shine on these plants.
Light
Dracaena Deremensis needs moderate to bright indirect light, however avoid direct sunlight. Ideal for office interiors with fluorescent lighting. If kept in low light conditions reduce watering to prevent root rot.
Watering
Water when the soil starts to dry-out at the top, water well and allow to drain thoroughly. Dracaena are relatively drought tolerant. Do not overwater as this will cause the leaf tips to blacken.
Temperature
The Warneckii thrives in average household temperatures: between 16-24°C, but can cope with as low as 12°C for short periods.
Humidity
Dracaena are hardy houseplants and will do well in normal room humidity, however they do prefer higher humidity and will benefit from occasional misting.
Feed
Apply a weak dose of a fertiliser once or twice a month during the growing season.

Deremensis Warneckii is a slow-growing plant which typically reaches a height of 1.5 to 2 metres once fully grown.

The sap of the Dracaena Warneckii is toxic to animals. It is not considered poisonous to humans but should not be ingested.
